Taekwondo school is located in the beautiful western North Carolina mountains in the city of Hendersonville, NC where MEN, WOMEN, & CHILDREN learn amazing SELF DEFENSE SKILLS, gain STRENGTH & OVERALL FITNESS, become more FOCUSED & SELF DISCIPLINED, develop BETTER PEER & FAMILY RELATIONSHIPS, BECOME MORE CONFIDENT and so much more as they study the traditional art of Taekwondo.
